Are you a mom that is also running a business - an online shop, local boutique, photography, non-profit, a ministry, multi-level marketing business - and are on the verge of giving up? I can help.

Do you feel overwhelmed with trying to "do it all" in your business while striving to be the best mom you can be? Are you unhappy with the results you are getting and are frustrated because you aren't reaching your goals? Do you wake up stressed and go to bed stressed? Are you considering throwing in the towel because you wonder if you have what it takes to be successful as both a business owner and a mom? Struggling with self doubt and fear?  And guilt? Oh, the guilt! I can definitely help.

My job is to help you get out of the rut you are in and move forward in your business, while thriving as a mom. You can do this. I can't wait to help you reach your goals, grow a business you are proud of, make more money, and LIVE YOUR LIFE ON PURPOSE as a mom and an entrepreneur! Because you CAN do both...well! You can thrive as a business owner and as a mom, merging the two God given roles with grace and ease.

When you had the idea for your business you were pumped full of adrenaline and excitement. You had the vision, could see where the business would be in 10 years, felt passionate about pursuing your calling and felt nostalgic about the people you would serve.

Then resistance set it. Resistance comes in the form of self doubt, fear, extreme overwhelm and a sudden lack of family/work balance. These are the issues that arise right after the excitement wears off.

Resistance is where most mom entrepreneurs quit.

I get it. I almost quit on my business more times than I like to admit.

Before starting my first business, I was a classroom teacher for 12 years. After having my two sons, I wanted to start a business that was centered around what I loved, served others, and allowed me to be home with my boys.

I opened a women's clothing boutique and then went on to become a top income earner in network marketing for five years. In that profession, I coached and mentored women in all stages of their business.

When I first started my business, I wasted a lot of time. I had my own issues with self doubt, fear, family/work balance, and struggled to find clarity on my business goals. Then I hired my own coach and everything changed!

Pride kept me from getting a coach sooner because "Shouldn't I be able to do this on my own?!" Yes and no.

I equate coaching to the same success I see in my friends who join a workout group or get a personal trainer. They have realized that yes they could do this own their own, but they weren't. So they got help and not only have they realized results but got there a whole lot faster than they would've had they tried it on their own.

My sweet spot is helping the mom entrepreneur that has started a business that she loves push past resistance; the place where fear sets in, self doubt is taking over, and overwhelm is at an all time high.

Together, you will clarify your target, create realistic actions to hit that goal, maximize your efforts, and create family and life balance so you find joy in what you are doing.

We will focus on things such as...

  • clarifying your goals and a plan to achieve them
  • life balance and time management
  • stress relief and self care
  • boundaries

Together we will figure out...

Where you want to go.
What's blocking you.
How to get you there.

As Your Coach, I Step Into Your World and Listen To Your Unique Situation, So That Together We Can Create a Plan That Will Get You Where You Want To Go in Both Business and In Life!

I am here to lead, support and encourage you to create a plan and remove roadblocks. Together, we will help you move successfully towards your goals and get fast results.

What’s the difference between coaching, counseling, consulting, and mentoring?

A coach is like an architect, helping a client decide what they want to build or renovate.

A counselor is like an archeologist, looking into the past and under the surface to figure out what places need healing or rebuilding. A person struggling with wounds from the past, addictions, abuse, or traumatic life experiences should see a counselor before connecting with a coach.

A consultant offers a professional or expert opinion with advice as to how to move forward. A mentor is someone who comes alongside to teach and train in a particular skill set or ability, while offering ongoing encouragement.

How does coaching work?

Coaching can take on many forms and styles. As your coach, I will focus on asking you thought-provoking questions to help you assess four key areas:

  1. Awareness - where are you today
  2. Vision - where would you like to go
  3. Obstacles - what is getting in your way
  4. Action - what steps can you take

This same pattern can be applied to every issue, from time management to leadership growth.

Where do we meet for coaching sessions?

While face to face coaching is a wonderful experience, there are many ways to be conduct a coaching session. Our coaching sessions will take place over Skype. I will record each session and give you life time access to what we discuss.

Free 30-Minute Consultation Call: This first call will help us determine if we are a good fit to work together.

Before we begin working together, we will spend about 30 minutes chatting and getting to know one another. During the call, you will briefly tell me about your business and what you believe has been holding you back from reaching your goals thus far. From here, we will decide if we are good fit to begin coaching together.

Comprehensive Questionnaire: This questionnaire will help me get to know you and your business goals.

This is a crucial first step in the process. I will have you fill out the questionnaire a week prior to our call. I will review the information you share with me and create unique questions for your goals and struggles.

Coaching Session: One 60-minute Skype session each week for four weeks.

You will move fast, you will work hard, you will push outside your comfort zone, and you will get results.

Each session will follow up on the previous week’s goals and set new ones to continue momentum. The goal isn’t that you are busy but that you are busy doing the items that will create change and growth for your brand or business. This month of sessions will set up healthy practices for your future success.

Video Recording: You will receive a recording of each coaching session, along with 4 action steps to carry out before our next Skype session.

This recording will allow you to be fully engaged during our coaching session without the worry of taking every topic and idea down in your notes. I recommend re-watching the recording of our coaching session two to three times before we meet again. This will help you retain what we discussed and take better action.

Weekly Check In Correspondence: Throughout the week, I will check in via email and/or Voxer to track your progress and answer any questions that you have.

As your coach, I am committed to supporting you in your journey as an entrepreneur. You won't ever be alone. I am available during business hours to chat via email or Voxer to help you stay on track and push through any roadblocks that may come up.

You're ready to take critique and take action.

In order to make the most out of our time together, you must be willing to put in the hard work, complete every action step, and come prepared.
